NEW TO TENNIS?

If you are interested in getting some exercise, get fit and have fun doing it, TENNIS is the sport for you. It is the best social distance sport. We off the Adult Tennis Apprentice where we provide rackets, balls and 5 lessons. Once you complete the program, you can continue to build your skills with Tennis 101, and eventually test your skills in a local USTA leagues.

The Tennis Apprentice program is designed strictly for beginner JUNIOR and ADULT players. It teaches the basics of tennis and gets them playing the game fast! All they need is a pair of tennis shoes and a willingness to learn the game of tennis!

We are here to help improve your game.  
Discount on multiple sessions.  

All games of tennis consist of four basic strokes: the serve, groundstrokes, volley, and the overhead smash.  Mastery of these controls is essential to mastery of tennis stroke production.

We developed drills specially to improve your game by Ball Control. and Tactics.

Speed and proper footwork are the keys to a good stroke.  We have drills to improve you speed and agility.  From a neutral stance a sideways cross over step is always the best and the fastest option to use to get to a wide ball.  Learn to move efficient and effective.

Tennis is a mental game.  All elite players have the physical and technical ability to excel on the court but what defines a champion is the ability to thrive under the pressure of competition.   Most say 80 percent of tennis is mental.

We use video to help players' strokes and game improvement.  This is a great way to see each player's progression to the next level.
